We have modern facilities in the fishing port of Vigo, with more than 300 m2 dedicated to the storage and handling of shellfish, enabled with 11 tanks directly fed with sea water, with capacity to store up to 7000 kilos of live seafood without incurring any overload that may affect the quality of the products. In addition, the installations are equipped with rooms for cooling, freezing and cooker of shellfish to meet customer demands if they require it.
We have other facilities located on the Isle of Skye in Scotland, where we receive the products directly from the fishing boats, and then we store it until they are loaded in the vivier trucks and transported to Spain.
These factories have 100 m2 and 14 tanks fed with sea water and storage capacity for more than 2000 kilos of live shellfish.
Our transport fleet is composed of 3 vivier trucks, with all the necessary equipment to control oxygen and water temperature, to ensure the optimal transport of live shellfish.
In Scotland we have 2 refrigerated and isothermal vans, dedicated to the collection and transportation of the product from ports to our plant.
In Spain we also have two of these equipped vehicles, which we use to deliver the orders to our customers located in our coverage radius.
